Product measurements

Measure your head circumference with a non-stretchable measuring tape. Place the end of your  tape on your forehead and wrap the rest around the back of your head, keeping it 1″ (2.5 cm) above your ears. Pinch the spot where the tape meets the other end, lift the loop over your head, and note the measurement. Be as careful as possible to get the most precise measurement.

• Don't dry-clean.
• Hand washable.
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option. 
• After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet.
• Don't wring out. 
• Tumble-dry on a cool air setting, or hang-dry for longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
• If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth
• You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

Important to Note

If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

Why I received two separate packages?

Depending on what you order, you might receive two separate packages. Don't be surprised if you only received one part of your order as some items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability, so will have different delivery times!

Returns

You have 14 days from the arrival date of your order to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
